$12.28 close Made back the dividend in 1 day  ENB up .80 today  Call me impressed

I'm sorry to disagree and I'm far from impressed. ENB up 80 cents which should equate to a rise in ENS of 35 cents less the 13 cent dividend so 22 cents, ENS closed up 20 cents or 7 cents taking the 13 cent dividend into consideration on more than double the average shares traded. I'm convinced now that Middlefield is issuing shares ATM because they can't do a raise...maybe ...more

Interesting read. If the stock is being manipulated by Middlefield then that troubles me because they oversee the the fund and like you said they hold all the cards. Again I say that it be better for Middlefield if it did trade above NAV so then they can do one big raise. The spread between commons and NAV must be well over a dollar after yesterday.

ctt... not that easy to issue shares without people knowing about it as you suggest..some "light" reading for you below but here some thoughts before that....  Middlefield makes its money from management fees that are a percentage of the value of the shares outstanding.  So in that sense it is really not in their best interests to find a way to keep the shares valued at a ...more
