stock strading mid 40s now, with this acquisition I'm tempted to wait on averaging down.

I would buy before they release results coming up this week. The stock is just drifting right now without too much volume and I expect they will show some pretty decent results this week. Concentra won't show up this quarter as the impact will only be seen in Q4 and in which EQB has already done the calculations and calculate that the EPS / unit will go up by single digit ...more
