I m thinking to deep my toes to EQX , but reading this article then bottom comments fro Macr Liu ? Is that TRUE that debt holder can convert $280mil to 280mil shares ??? Can someone " in the known " comment ??? Appreciat .

No they are converted at an average share price of 6.52 us. means for the 280 mil they will have to issue about  43 mil shares.
