11.3 M warrants expire in about a month

Last November we learned in press release that ERD extended the expire date for 11.3M warrants from 12/8/20 to 03/08/21. Exercise price is .60. Sure would be nice if ERD puts out some good news in near term to move share price above .60 so those warrants can be exercised. Would be a nice addition to Treasury with no dilution.

This is one if the big reasons I bought in as they must have some expectation that the holder will be able to exercise their warrants soon. I'm expecting confirmation of funding to be announced later this month and for that to be the catalyst for a re- rate to 60c.
