ERF purchase by CHRD

Sell now or take the 2 dividends & the 1.84 US cash and 0.10125 CHRD shares? Perhaps it's whether one wants to hold CHRD shares.  With the closing this Friday, I don't know if there is time to take the dividends on Thursday and then sell on Friday morning, or whether trading will already be halted.
