Recent Private Placement

This is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered. 
No more worrying about lack of operational funds - we had no money in the bank account, to speak of, for months.  This is being offered at last day's close.  It is all we need to get us to final permits coming in 2025.  After that, mine financing will be a slam dunk with that deposit.
