Evertz trading well….

Since the last earnings report with increased volumes and none of that volume has been share repurchases by the company, which is a good sign that investors are starting to buy into the growstory that is evertz. 

Not that we wind waiting for the eventual 20$ or takeout price whatever comes first due to the dividend, it has been tough watching the lack of exposure and awareness that investors seeem to have for evertz lately even tho its been 3qs of growth. 

 

Lets hope we can make it 4qs in a row of growth and finally get the share price where it needs and should be.

I'm happy to see it getting some love from the market; otherwise I agree it's been terribly neglected by investors (esp with its dividend). I'm curious to see what happens in 2024 w/r/t Evertz's relationship with Haivision (who were also rated up by an analyst a week or so ago).

I agree w/r/t your haivision comment personally tho i am conflicted with the purchase. Yes it would have been a good complimentary acquisition and yes it makes sense for evertz to do so given the fact that it has the balance sheet strength and the corporate vision to accomplish the deal (potentially)  however the announcement of the acquisition also mostly coincided with the sell off

After being unable to acquire Haivision cheaply, I think Evertz will try to take their market organically.
