UNKLAL, This is interesting regarding the TRQ proposal:   "Committee has retained TD Securities as an independent valuator to prepare a formal valuation of the common shares of the Company in accordance with Multilateral Instrument 61-101" TD Securities recently raised their target price for ETG to $1.75.

Yes, I was aware of the TD share price increase. It would be really great if TD Bank, pushed a spike up the TRQ n Rio BOD's a**es to get a reasonable offer for the 49% they don't own. This would push the share price for ETG to $3.00+ which would still a very cheap price for the whole resource!!! jmp UNKLAL

  No, I don't think there will be any direct effect - obviously the Committee and their hired valuator will only be dealing with the TRQ price.  However, the unintentional knock-on effect either way is almost sure to influence the ETG market?    If TRQ is valued at a premium to the bid price, presumably ETG will creep up as well, if the bid fails, ETG might slip down?
