LAW SUITS WILL FAIL
There is no doubt that EXE did everything they could to deal with C19 and protect their residents. C19 was and still is a perfect storm for most everyone. Without institutions like long term care operators with EXE, the whole system would have collapsed. Sure, there is allot of collateral damage, but all unintended. Lawyers are doing what they do best, exploit the system for profit - they really don't care about you or I. That is why these law suits will be dismissed by Govt. as baseless. Right now, what organizations like EXE need is further support - not law suits. We need EXE to keep operating and providing the service that they do - with an accelerating aging Canadian population, we need EXE to prosper and they need our support. Without EXE, we will only have disaster.....

I don't buy for a minute what China says. Communist regimes will always hide their faults. I might agree that they handled it better only because their citizens fear authority more than here. But, for sure we don't have their real covid numbers so not a fair comparison at all.

We have people in China and they say china is still having outbreaks and their vacine is only 58% effective. Their fast made hospitals were made in close proximity to where their leadership lives. Others had no hospitals. There own people are afraid to take the china vacine because the people do not trust their own government. That info was as from yesterday.

Not surprising, they tell the world "our lockdowns fixed the problem" while they turn around and just go back to normal while the rest of the world is following their doesnt work method, they are making bank and not telling anyone how many cases etc. Our government is too stupid or ignorant to figure it out.

Very true, these people do far more then anyone on the outside even realizes, sure there maybe a couple run poorly that give the industry a black eye but for the most part they are a necessity, changing adults diapers and cleaning up after they eat, bathing all stuff, lawsuits are a joke, they should and will be tossed.
