Short term market movements are mostly irrelevant. In the long run, housing and caring for our seniors are unrelated to the daily gyrations of the overall market. The population is currently entering a gargantuan retirement phase that grows by the day, many who will be requiring long term care assistance very soon. This is all that matters to me.

In terms of comments on this stock board, this is really the only comment that matters. The demand is overwhelming - Fact The government at all levels do not want to own LTC beds - Fact They need to fund this sector and will have to increase funding as needed - Fact These companies also need investment and have to offer guaranteed dividends - Fact Keep ...more
