Head and Shoulder Pattern forming?

Am no technical whizzbang chartist, but anyone out there know if we are forming that pattern and what it means. I know from watching Lou's Mailbag on ROB-TV that a "cup and handle" is good. Thanks Denny

No, that's not a H&S pattern on the EXM chart. It appears to be a consolidation/continuation pattern actually, which suggests more upside is the most likely outcome in the near term.
