A little comparison

Just read a news release from another company in Mexico. They just spent 2.25 million on a 360 T/D processing facility, that included some equipment. Karl and Hochschilds got us a 3000 T/D plant, that included some equipment, for 6 million....and we got 7838 hectares with 3 known deposits included. So if you do the math, it would of cost them around 18.75 million to get the same T/D as we bought (not including the resources we got with the mill). Even if you include money for us upgrading our mill (additional cicuit), it still doesn't come close to the value we got in our deal. That reaffirms just how good of a management team we have. My opinion, Sam.

Very good comparison / analysis Sam, will be a great day when the 43-101 is complete, and of course when we are producing. I see that we are going to be at the Calgary conference on March 31 and April 1, I may have to go to meet the team, and of course take in some of the guest speakers.

Hi Sam! Comparing the value of a mill is not just a straight-line apples to apples evaluation. I have been to visit over a dozen projects in Mexico last year and the variance in the quality of the mills was astounding. You have to think of these things in terms of their production capability and not just in the tonnage they are designed to handle. For example, some of the mills I have ...more
