Yes I am in Fort Mac, no I am not a newfie. I am not hard on all east coasters, we Albertans have been supporting them through transfer payments and jobs since I can remember. It is too bad that there is the attitude with alot of them that they are owed it. There, that ought to get some fireworks going! I don't whine when someone calls me a redneck, I guess redneck skin is a little tougher? Besides, how many people do I have fun with here...give me a break, Haha.

And my humour was of the sarcastic kind, I thought the "Haha" at the end would have gave it away. I should have said "I live in Fort McNewfie"!, that might have helped give it away better. Have a great day. Gold looks like it might break the 660 barrier again, a good positive move. I read in Dennis Gartmans letter that gold shares could be due for a nice "catch up" ...more

Oil, you said "I guess redneck skin is a little tougher? " Having worked in the patch, Ft. Mac, all over Alberta, would kindly suggest that the skin really isn’t any thicker, it’s the skull that has the extra density with rednecks, since the overall head size is usually normal to small, mathematically that leaves a corresponding reduction in available cranial resources to draw from ...more
