just wondering

what is the significance of the.60 floor we keep dancing on? Seems like someone has a standing bid to pick up anything offered at .60 What y'all think?

I'm not sure what the scoop is with this floor, I did again check the MD&A from November just to check on the warrants once again. Warrants are not an issue, I can not see if it is the same house holding the price back (anyone), it should also have nothing to do with a PP - someone had mentioned (from one of the gold shows) Karl wanted to do the next placement near a loonie. Our shares have gone from 69 mil. out, to 77 mil. outstanding. We only had 4.7 mil. up for expiry on Feb. 25/07. So that means over 3 mil. came from somewhere, and that is going to be either from the 5.7 mil.@.20 or from the 1.3 mil.@.15 agents warrants. The price being held here would more than likely be from a combination of both (add in some weak hands also), MGI would probably be responsible ...more

Hopefully they can get Sprott on board for future financings. MGI seem's to do some real company killers. I know at least a few people who have been effected by them. Every financing Sprott does, seems to result in a higher share price.

.....i thought the plan was to let the j/v partners spend the money on drilling and setting up cash flow from Morris , thus making it unecessary to pump out more paper in the near to mid term

Yes it would be nice to see the warrant overhang get cleaned up, as that is generally one the biggest detriment to a rise in PPS. Took an initial positon at .63 after the show in Calgary , where I was most impressed with EXM. But , unfortunately i think there is probably plenty of time to get in here around .60 . Some news and drilling results may slow the selling somewhat , but they would ...more

Any idea as to the size of this warrant overhang? This last news release was postive and generated mostly selling.
