Proxy vote

Good morning you all.Just got my proxy package on may 31st.It seems strange that i got it on the 31'st.I have no time time to send them in or have time to go to annual special meeting on the following day June 1st.I'm a little ticked off that my proxy vote won't count and I can't attend the meeting in Vancouver on the 1st.I do have a few shares to vote on.I do hope it don't make much diff.IMHOP.

Unfortunately I think the mail system may have something to do with this, there was the question posed on May 28 about the rights plan so some had received it earlier. It still seems awful late to be receiving the package, however I also believe that the company is still looking out for thier shareholders at this point in the game. I am kind of curious what spurred the buying yesterday, was it

I was just as surprised last night when I received packages from two of the three firms that I hold shares in. I guess that means that I will receive the third one today, after the AGM is over. I called the Vancouver office today and voiced my concerns about this, and was told that the information was send out by them on the beginning of May, and that it was the responsibility of the brokerage
