RE:RE:RE:Positive move by EXNMarine, I hope you are doing well. I do not think insolvency is an issue or Excellon they would not have been able to buy La Negra on an all stock deal from an 'Investment Fund' whose charter is to make money. As I see it, the biggest problem with Excellon is that their past leadership put Excellon's Mexican properties at risk in many ways, got caught and had no way out but to abandon Mexico and change the entire narrative and direction of the company into something investors obviously did not want and without shareholder approval. This, which I call misdirection, cost shareholders a lot of money and essentially took Excellon from productive mining company to a speculator with the same "failed" leadership. I think Excellon's new leadership has learned from this and is focusing on mining, income and using the expected positive cash flow to fund exploration. All the things that made Excellon an attractive investment back in 2015-2016 when the stock price rose over 1000% but failed to execute for the may reasons brought up on this blog. Unfortunate Excellon's past leadership did so much damage that they ran the companies stock down to where Excellon shareholders had to give a lot make this deal. But IMO it will pay off.
