Don´t forget it´s a simple civil case between two persons, a man against a corporation. It´s not against the mexican authorities but remember that San Pedro Resources firmly insulted the Mexican judicial system in the newspapers.
After 10 years of litigation and considering the Supreme Court of the Nation has solved, it´s a big lie that the government could change the final decision. I consulted a Mexican lawyer and explained to me that the current government it´s left orientated and protects the poor people and the Mexicans against big companies, so, forget that the threat to close  the mine because Excellon only got few employees.  
Stop lying and fix this big trouble because the Excellon´s strategy obviously it´s not working, just look the stocks.

Hay StBarbara Mexican judicial system probably doing us a big favour by helping EXN shut down this money losing San Pedro operation.
