I think that will be the new CEO's first deliverable, the plan, what has already been done and what remains to be done and when, so he owns it. IMO that plan should follow shortly which should also address how Excellon is 'unlocking the vaue of our assets".

Is this B,S ??   They must have a credible plan ! “("Excellon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the NYSE American LLC ("NYSE American") has accepted the Company's plan to regain compliance”  Oct 30, 2023 ?   EXN submitted a credible plan,, what ever that may be,, it must have been “credible enough" for NYSE compliance

I agree. Where's the effing plan!? Shareholders are entitled to it. People sitting in cubicles at SEC have seen it. C'mon new CEO.
