Where is the "Plan"?

This stock trades likes it's going into bankruptcy. Company does nothing to communicate anything else. Maybe the market is right. I'm not selling but it's been a frustrating wait.

Phone in as the new CEO actually answers the phone sometimes.  Seems like a good guy when I talked to him.  Bottoming processes in precious metals junior miners are totally painful situations and take people to maximium pain.
