Securitized by Mexico Assets Only?

I read the news release from when the company made the deal on the debentures, and it did say that the debentures are securitized by the "assets in Mexico."

perhaps it's just my wishful thinking .....but maybe the company can hold onto its properties outside of Mexico and find a way to survive?

Mexican assets are probably gone, what's left,, all the good assets and no $17.9m Debentures,,    and only 36m shares. I smell buyout ! It looks like the Debentures holders made a bad investment ! EXN tried to expand their Mexican assets in good faith and failed,,  all well Debenture holders just wright off the loss ! Someone buying Who would buy / place bets on EXN,,,  is there more to this ? 2.3 million shares bought at lower prices ? Could someone make money on a .12 cent EXN ? Or is this game over ??
