shareholders have been through a nightmare.

Why can’t we be rewarded?

We spin out the assets in Mexico and give us shareholders the shares, dividend the shares of spin-co and let a different management team and ownership deal with the problems down there and see what they may be able to resurrect!

what an incredible instant value driver for the company !!!!

and a way for longtime shareholders to continue to participate in the evolution... of the assets in Mexico, which was part of the reason why many of us were here in the first place.
