Do I have this wrong? I have 16.9 million shares at 1 dollar are up as of January 2nd at 1 dollar back in September. (Share price was lower) they have the option of selling or keeping. They could sell for a triple gain for sure, or keep if they think this will rise more. There is no guarantee people will sell their shares or for that matter others buying them from them. So for me the first week of January you will have those selling, but not all!!!! Am I missing something?

Possibly, but the insiders just may already have a pile of accumulated shares and may blow some off. In any light, going into January and beyond if further positive news plays out Greener pastures lay ahead. GLTA

Yes1.6 m my heart skipped a beat ,  however I suspect the selling yesterday and today reflects basically short selling by those that need cash as the stock was issued in lieu of salaries for services rendered .  They have three trading days to deliver the stock.  The recent placement should have s 90 day hold period unless I’m mistaken. The good news is it presents us with buying
