Wow what a gift standard practice is 90 day hold.   Hope all those shares are in strong hands or we will be drifting lower,   However I believe the game plan is we will see substantial news to absorb the new shares hitting the market , if management is on their game. Should be a very interesting next couple weeks

Hold up I can’t verify the date the 12 m become free trading ,  can’t find it does anyone have acess to Sedar .   Or I guess I could call the company ,  so I’ll stick with my original thought of 90 day hold , regardless I think we will see significant news before that date

There is no hold period on the shares issued on the financing. They have been free trading since the issue closed.

I think valueguy is right that they were free trading as of the closing. That's my impression I looked at the prospectus but couldn't find any info but they put me to sleep so I could have missed something. The options granted in September were at $3.15 and have not been exercised yet but have a 5 year time limit. That's all I know happy new year

After reading the remarks here I also looked at PR's, and Sedar and found nothing. The links on their new web site to news don't work.
