Would love that, but look on their website it has a long waiver, so I'm betting they are legally covered. Someone on another board said they were under a umbrella company which was a law firm.

But did they short the stock after a shady report full of lies? If they directly profited off of lies then this should be interesting!!!!

They said they and affiliates were possibly short the stock. Retail overreacted. So Lockett when you see a short report and you catch it first thing, Sell and buy back lower is a good rule.
