Quick question for you. RBC does change the ask and bid before 9:30. It doesnt always line up with opening price. Also here on Stockhouse you will notice it changes prior to open. Today was completly off showing 4.40 open? Does it change where you trade as well? Pretty sure that is all he was saying. I have changed the bid ask before 915. The 10 min before open is when ppl pull orders that they put up to change opening price and influence the herd. Coca is right.
