Exro is the only dead money in my basket of equities. Oil and Gas has made me extremely happy this year so I'm not too choked about lil' ole Exro and it's poor performance. I'll take an early capital loss on it and move the balance to something with some actual torque. Best of luck to all of you that sit here hoping Exro will make you a little money some day down the road...I hope it works out.

  oil and gas has made a lot of folks very wealthy. Never a bad idea to make money. Keep en eye on this as you will still have plenty of time to jump back in and make some $$$. Apartments don't earn $$ while under construction.   But when built generate wealth for generations.  Building an apartment is not dead money.

  very true. Nothing happens for free. Employees always make money earning a living producing just as Exro's employees are today. That's not the issue. The Apartment analogy was from an investors perspective. The investor has a lot of expenses in building  (employees material etc) prior to recouping them through rents .  Once the building is built and paid for the revenue

  After traveling to Europe and observing the age of row housing and calculating the accumulated rents the nubmers get exciting.   Too bad in NA our buidling last for such a short period of time.  Glad you have a few and are making a good living off them.  Its rewarding.  The funadmentals of Exro remain the same.  They are in the budiling phase so no revenue just
