A brief summary of the fast moving 20 minute Investor forum presentation & questions ... What I  caught... Lots , lots going on behind the scenes with multiple OEM's and Tier One's etc.... Anticipated Nasdaq listing was said to be late January early Febuary so after the CES show. Enjoy the season because we all know ,  News is coming.....  GLTA

Thanks for the update Ace...appreciate it. Again in reference to the Nasdaq uplisting......interesting to see the expected timeline.....now I know that anyone that even raised any questions has been attacked for it....but I still do not see any paperwork from EXRO having been submitted thru the SEC since December 2020....and EXRO did put out that they have submitted an application in a November

I stand to be corrected & Don't quote me because there was information overload but , my impression from Sue words and referring to John who answered ,  is that they had Just just filed ,  the First set of paperwork for the Nasdaq listing.... So , as far as paperwork showing up , I suspect you'll

Also, thanks for the update.    I don't believe that the Nasdaq application will be posted on EDGAR. What should appear at some future date is a filing for an Exchange Act registration (eg, Form 40F) with SEC.  This is a prerequiste for a listing approval by Nasdaq.  Under the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System (MJDS) agreement between Canada and the US, qualified
