Interested in this boards response to this
Several weeks ago I asked/mentioned another company headquartered in the US that at least on the surface to do some things very similar to EXRO.....
I was lambasted for bringing them up......
But here is something new to chew on...

Opinions/thoughts?? Part of todays price drop action perhaps??

Nothing goofy about the lawsuit. Sue needs to confront this ASAP!

Like to see more details on this. I'm assuming it's patent infringement but to what degree?

Well that's what lawyers are for. Exro will have to issue a press release

There are some big blocks trading today. Earlier I thought it was just retail dumping, still could be I guess.

And probably have to spend a small fortune in defending it whether there is any validity or not.

American's sue for anything and it only cost them $400 to file. I suspect it's a fishing expedition but we will see. Anyone that has ever had a response from IR give it a try. They will have to check with their lawyers before they can say anything and even then they can't say much but that they have patents and good patent lawyers.
