E-propelled oldest patent
Dates to 20/05/2019. All Exro patents precede that date with exception of one, which is a battery patent. Probably frivolous then.

I read it the other way around. This epropelled company had their patents in 2009.

It's pretty clear for EXRO they summitted their patten but for ePropelled I did not see anything!

Thank you. I found the link and saw that EXRO patents go back as far as 2009. Is there a similar listing of ePropelled patents?

Free publicity! Reading through the patents I can't find enough similarity for a valid claim. Looks like Epropelled is jealous of Exro's marketing success. Looking to cash in on EXRO's coattails https://insight.rpxcorp.com/litigation_documents/14591334

Unfortunately you do not decide. In the meantime forget about nasdaq, count on the price to drop below a dollar and maybe even back to 30 cents. The money they are spending building crapp and paying people will soon render them broke and with a stock price on life support raising money will be doomed. Major issues and this was going to be a breakout year? Try a broke year.

You're looking for patent U.S. 7,382,103, which is currently held by ePropelled and relates to their eDTS technology. https://patents.google.com/patent/US7382103B2/en Thier news release relating to the supposed patent infringement can be found here: https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/epropelled-files-patent-infringement-lawsuit-against-exro-technologies-inc-301466767.html

That is really getting into the weeds! Thanks. Interesting that E-Propelled references two utility patents that I would think are at or near expiration (20 years total shelf life). Happy to let the legal beagles earn their keep!

Thanks Pandora... the way I read it is although both companies are trying to attain the same results the methods of attaining those end results are fundamentally different.. I'll go on record to say this claim by ePropelled goes no where.. and I stand by my comment that EXRO should counter sue for damages by this feable attempt to cloud the waters.. IMHO..
