LAW SUITS
forget about the law suit.... the law suit was design to do couple of thing . To slow down exro progress. To put fear in new customer . TO CRIPPLE the market so exro would have trouble raising money . and at the same time they must have shorted exro before they put in the law suit . they got what they wanted . the law suit will take years before it get to court .

There was someone on this board who seemed to have quite a bit of expertise in these matters. I forget who that was. I don't see their postings any more. Perhaps they're on holidays ;-)

Well there you go, there's nothing to worry about. But it's the market that controls the sp, hope they feel safe.

the market reacts on the present knowledge, not future. Presently is still views the infringement as an issue, anyone buying now would be betting that it isn't a issue and exro will operate their business with little disruption. Most believe this to be the case after the company shared their shareholder letter.

The market is foward looking not present looking. You must be a rookie.

obviously when the last bit of information we got indicates a poor future the market will react to it as such. It wasn't until the company sent out the shareholder letter that the narrative changed and now the future is a more neutral than bearish.

IF and that's a big if, they pulled that kind of stunt.. regulators would be able to track down the trades before, during, and after the press releases to see if nefarious trading activity took place.. and if so.. Exro would have one hell of a counter suit to table.. would make the ePropelled suit look like playing monopoly.. Exro's suit would have REAL teeth..!! JMHO

was it a coincidence that short volume increased 2.5 million? More than double the short volume of the short report, if it wasn't known/leaked why does it seem so strategically planned? Will be interesting to see how it plays out.

EXRO did not respond with a cheque with enough zeros written on it ? Typical American parasitic legal system go after someone with money or promise of money, cry in front of the court, claim your home life was ruined, can't sleep at night, etc etc and if the target is a foreign company (Canadian) well that just plays out better in front of a jury.
