Large NDA was just signed
Regarding NDA
Why doesn't Sue then in this matter not finally "let the cat out of the bag" and announce the name/s
of the/se relevant NDA's it this were such an importent news?
Especially now, it were an important import for the sharp fallen share price of Exro.
As long a I can't find anything concrete in this matter from a reliable source - especially from the new NDA partners - and confirmed by serious newspapers - I don't trust this rumours. Right now, I would have more confidence in news that were at first be published by side of the eventually new NDA's partners than in Sue.
All the news that are published in "youtube" are non sense and "FAKE NEWS"

It's very simple, there is no news of the fact, so don't assume.

With a due respect Judith.. that's what an "NDA" is.. a "Non-disclosure agreement" meaning until both parties agree to release the information, neither party can.. but the fact that they are signing them is the most important thing..!

An NDA is for sensitive information not necessarily the name of the parties although it could be if that were contracted. Not sure why they would want to keep their name a secret. Did previous companies dealing with exro insert an anonoymous clause in the NDA?

NDA's are common practice in the tech industy, biotech, and anywhere proprietary technology is present.. not concerned about it in the least.. what would concern me is if none were being signed.. NDA's allow prospective users of the tech to get an upper hand over their competition.. welcome to the capitalistic world.. ;-)

lol an NDA clearly prevents the co from being named I would be more worried about the patent infringement than an NDA which may never materialize to anything

lovingu said "lol an NDA clearly prevents the co from being named". No, you are mistaken, an NDA is contract & you can write it up as you choose. So, it does not prevent the co from being named unless that is written in.

You don't understand contract law but I agree the patent is the elephant in the room. My feeling is it will get worked out without destroying the company but it is a large weight going forward. Sometimes you see mergers of the contestants if the argument is strong enough.
