Agree. Their salaries are ludicrous for a start up company with no revenue.

This is one group of management that appears to be content with being rewarded stock options and always content to pay themselves a yearly increase on Salary..."but never seem to be aggressive  in the market in buying their own stock. Werte always told that they are in a Blackout period' I guess we fell for that line for the last 3 years! You do know that this financing gives

Please explain the logic behind your last 2 statements. I have been in this stock for a while and do not recall any correspondence with management regarding the effect of blackout periods and their stock purchases.... Nor do I understand the logic leap regarding the financing and options..... Thanks in advance

Do you not agree that the salaries are high (they increase each year) (start-up) When granting stock options you can only work with what's available on the capitalization. So based on the completion of the PP and what may be happening in an over-allotment situation they will then have the ability to work with 10% more shares available to grant. Have you seen management step up to the plate to

What would give me "some" comfort is to see management step up to the plate and participate in this PP round. ...and I don't mean a little token amount of 20 or 25 thousand shares either. I've yet to see it happen.

Perhaps you would be good enough to share your correspondence with management on that subject. Would love to see the dates on that to see if they correspond with  real Blackout periods which as you know are required. prior to announcements (including financings). According to the information available (even on this website) there have been 15 insider buys and zero sells in the last 12 months

I have lots of points, and my first point is that you are out to lunch! Share my correspondence???  What are you a novice?  Who does that in writing these days? If you look at the recent insider reports you will see 1,150,000 Stock Options granted and a total of a whopping 42,000 shares purchased in the market. You will likely dig deeper and find a few other bought in the market trades

"the end of the day what management bucks up for!" I would add that it would be interesting to see What if any Linamar bucks up for as that would show how much conviction they have in the product.
