Hmmm, sold 23,000 shares to exercise options on 150,000 shares and then sold 63,000 additional shares. Hard to say what that would be about.

Check SEDI.ca and look at the transactions that led up to his current position (as well as that of his holding company.  It appears to me that he liquidated early low cost shares to acquire more of his 20 cent options, and  to use proceeds to participate in private placement.  Its worth noting that he was a participant in a previous PP.  If the above is accurate
