News?

Expecting news tomorrow? Or do PPL here even realize there were two parts to that money raise.
 Like I said a while ago a 20mil raise is what they needed, lets see if they can close the other half.

isn't there only 3 million left to raise? Or did I miss something and the PP was increased from 10 million to 20 million?
