I think it's abundantly clear that we will need to go to market for another financing round before the end of the year. I believe that this has been the plan for many months recognizing the macro environment we are in. There is no debating the fact. In the meantime, we will be seeing SIGNIFICANT NR's that will put upward pressure on the SP and put us in a much better position

I contribute reality.  Fact Sue has f'd up fin rounds by not taking enough for 2 years at a higher price. Continuation of this "dipping" into the money pool will only erode the SP. Combine that with inflation and higher interest rates and the SP will keep dropping. Fact is until they can get cert. and out from under lawsuit they can't close a deal that will send this

I have posted about a trade that would bring down your average if things line up but pls ignore that also. Exro has and will be a good investment for those choosing good entry and exit points.

J for somebody with no money in the deal, why the involvement and negative comments. Focus on the deals you have skin in the game and not involve yourself in a deal that may or may not perform. I am in  too deep now. It will be painful if EXRO cannot deliver. So I do follow the posts and comment to stay connected. Next upcoming Podcast at end of the month will be critical for all shareholders

Johnny here is the basic math as we know you are challenged. 2,857,142 [what they were hoping to get] Minus 1,403,756 [what they actually got] = 1453386  So, in reality it is less than half of what they wanted to get on the non brokered PP.  The Company is also pleased to provide an update on the anticipated timing for closing its non-brokered private placement for up to 2,857

That's why the PP didn't close on time & that's why we aren't seeing a meaningful bounce. The money is hard to come by. You can slant it anyway you want but that's the facts. Now lets see if Sue put any money up.

I see John Meekison took down all of 10000 shares on the brokered PP. I guess he didn't like the non brokered maybe due to the 4 month hold. Nobody else has filed anything yet.

Sorry, John Meekison only bought 5000 of the PP & Darrell Bishop also bought 5000 & both bought a further 5000 each in the market today. So, at least somebody is stepping up. Maybe there will be more fillings but you would think they would want to publicise them as soon as possible. If Sue would take down say, 100K it would do a lot for the stock.
