stink ask prices on low volume trade

ALL,

looking at some of the trading action I see the following:

Broker 1 - Anonymous
Broker 2 - RBC
Broker 7 - TD  (occassionally) 
Broker 14 - Virtu ITG Canada 

placing these low volume (100-500 shares) low ask prices.

Seems like a concerted effort, especially by 1, 2 and 14 to walk the price down

Pull the stink low ask and the share price will rise or is that the point, to prevent EXRO from rising  ?

From what I've learned with my limited retail knowledge, it's always a concerted effort by the bears to do something about a rising star. Exro already suffered a short sell attack with a malicious article a while back now. Even though Sue came out and denounced it immediately and they got ahead of it, they dropped from $6 SO fast.
