A continuation of my previous post on strategic partners

The poster who presented the idea of a equity investment and board seat for a future Tier 1 has heightened my fears that such a move would greatly reduce Exro from reaching its true potential.  First off the Tier 1 would want to take a position at the lowest possible price and in the long term would not be in their interest to see the stock soar .  They would stifle growth as to make a takeover down the road easier and at their price.  I feel our current board would happily settle for a price well below what this tech could be worth. It also makes it clear that Battety management systems should be split out of the current CD business.  After all we are investors /stakeholders in the company and as such should be expecting and demanding maximum value out of this rare opportunity to be a successful disruptive tech on two fronts

Here's a thought; maybe we want to fly under the radar for awhile to establish ourselves rather than fly straight into the sun and get burned.  I'd like to see us establish our products in various markets and gain slower recognition before attempting to make a big splash on the Nasdaq.  Otherwise we'll never see EXRO get to super high evaluations before we are preyed up by ...more
