last OCTOBER EXRO GOT A NEW PARTNER AND IT UNDER NDA  . DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHO THAT COULD BE .IT BEEN 6 MONTHS   THEY SHOULD BE COMING OUT OF ITS NDA IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS

Just going by what is said in the video starting at about the 28:50 time frame. Could be I don't understand what they're saying but thought it was worth a shot. Show me another time stamp that I should look at that clarifies it better. I don't think Gates 17:05 is the one. Maybe you guys can read 'between' the lines better than me. :-))
