UL approval is expected within the next 16 weeks. Persoanlly I am expecing it sooner rather than later as the UL approval process is very good.

..... flyer, 100% agree, Exro will have it weeks sooner...... ..... kappyo....not sure if this current market will do anymore projections without the revenues first.... they will on a JV or Major partnerships with $$$ attached, but I think the SPAC's from a couple years ago with the new ev stocks crushed that for now....MOO....but we will/may get a nice run on NASDAQ from daytraders ... ....

Yes JU, we will get more deals. Remember Sue said in the recent update that the new NDA was only one of the three they had been discussing. And it wasn't the one they are building the diesel-electric hybrid prototype for. So we have minimally two more to go. Tech is moving fast in the ESS and we can't wait a year for a Dyno machine like with the CD, which was Stupid...MO.... and I

Personally, I would like to see a JV partner finance the ESS side, and then spin it off. Sue has plenty to tend to with the CD side...the area of her expertise. The two companies could continue on in as close collaborations as necessary.

No ! No way! They haven't done enough grunt work yet. The only way this will play out in terms of an equity investment that benefits today’s shareholder is if the company is suitably established before a potential benign equity partner steps up to pay an adequate compensatory premium for a stake.
