Agm…. Why in world are they having it in Vancouver?

Wouldn't it make way more Business sense to have it in Calgary? Where shareholders can tour the facility?  Exro has zero reason to keep an office in Vancouver.... it ties them to the small cap reputation DB claims to be trying to move on from, yet he pulls boneheaded moves like this!  Hope Sue soon realizes she needs to seriously upgrade the IR department!!!

If this is such a big concern of yours perhaps pick up the phone and ask them. Get an answer from them perhaps there's a good reason.

I have in fact addressed this issue with those that matter at Exro and it falls on deaf ears.  Sue is brilliant at building tech, she has built a brilliant team of engineers.... not so much on the financial side, as she has no experience nor expertise on the financial side of running a Pubco, and those she trusts to run it are too embedded (incompetent ) and unwilling to step aside.

I've been an Exro shareholder since 2019 I don't post much because most of what is posted is pure nonsense as is the fact the agm being held in Vancouver is an issue. I like it as it makes it easier for me to attend. Most shareholders in Calgary have likely been to the facilities if they are that keen. If you are a newer shareholder you don't have to wait for the agm to see the

Absolutely Agree Exronly !!! I'm glad you brought it up here on this board .  I'm very disappointed with this news !!  I'm not a passive investor like some here are and I suspect you aren't either. In my view , this is terrible Optics for Exro.  I do attend many AGMs that I have in my extensive portfolio. I make a point of attending personally my AGMs every year

Agree completely Ace,  Like you take my investment in a Exro seriously and am not a small investor but not big as I don't quite have 1M shares.  The CIO of Exro  clueless on optics, literally clueless.  No wonder the share price is flat and bigger investors are sitting on the sidelines unwilling to let this team handle their money! Its a much bigger issue than many realize

One would think that Exro themselves , would want to distance themselves from the reputation of the small cap behavior that they came from. Apparently, they don't really understand why the STREET hasn't taken them seriously!!  One would also think that Exro would be proud to Host the AGM in the jurisdiction that they call home & company Headquarters.
