Jake, 
I am writing to let you know how unhappy I am as a shareholder in light of yesterday's announcement. The DCA agreement as described is a giveaway and as for the financing, well it sends shareholders the very clear message that management is not very confident in its future and that lack of same is costing the shareholders dearly.

I would like to add that I for one am happy about this financing I've never owned Exro and have just bought some shares at 2.35. I suspect you are seeing a number of share holders that got part of the financing selling some and taking a small profit and replacing those shares regardless. Probably a few more new shareholders adding today.
