In the press release I think EXRO were trying to give us a glimpse into the future and the potential Linimar revenue when they said they were targeting 25,000 by 2027.  These e-axles are likely to include the L040 and/or the L080 CDs.  If you take 25,000 and multiply by our unit prices for these units I think it translates into some pretty decent revenue numbers.  At a 35 % gross profit margin it could go a long way towards covering our expenses.  I expect any banker offering up terms on a LOC might appreciate that.

i don't recall offhand what the unit pricing is for the various sized CDs but if it were only $5k/unit it sums up to $125 mm in annual sales based on the targeted 25,000 units.

I am eagerly anticipating Mr ktmyannick's breakdown of this press release.  I's sure he will come out of retirement once again to comment on all the news.

Well that's certainly one way of looking at it SIMPLICITI1.  Personally, I'm a glass half full type of person and I have difficulty with the notion that Linamar placed us over a barrel but we may have bent over a bit for our own good reasons.  All things considered I expect the relationship with Linamar is still quite cordial.  In fact, I would very surprised if Ms Ozdemir
