I am new to the board but dtarted position a few months ago. I also had my broker go in for additional shares in bought deal but only had 10% fill which suggest strong subscriber interest. I went in during the day to backfill the shares I did not get in bought deal.

I believe the 1.5M volume today was very positive as it had many shareholders selling who got in much lower with new shareholders like myself creating a much stronger float.

Yes, clearly you are new to this board. The problem with your thesis is the share price went in the wrong direction. And you should ask yourself why any shareholder regardless of their buy price would sell post this set of announcements and particularly when the shareprice has been much higher fairly recently.  Do they believe there is less upside than they did previously?  Why do you

Share price went in wrong direction based on facts they did raise at $2.25 and we closed at $2.39 on $1.5M shares?? I would suggest buyers who came in below $1 sold and new capital moved in seeing value. I have followed board for a few months and your comments continue to become more critical but you are entitled to your glass galf empty view.

The volume today was actually 3.1 million. While there was probably a few new shareholders I would say most of it was current share holders doing what I did or just adding on weakness. As an example I know of holders of about 200,000 shares that did what I did. It's easy for some posters to be negative and critical which is ok and constructive the reality is none of them really know what is

Public trading did not drop below $2.30 on any given exchange so all those people that you speak of must have had some in with a brokerage on the financing to pick up shares at $2.25. Highs for selling seemed to run between $2.45 and $2.50 so I guess getting out in that range was not too difficult. Funny how people twist the facts, company does bought deal at $2.25 yet stock closes at $2.39 and you claim is clised down. I see it closed up .14 cents on above average daily volume.

You have blinders on. The stock was down $.20 for the day. Any way you cut it, it was down.

I was referring to the volume and who might be buyers I wasn't saying most shareholders were adding some/most probably did nothing. Hope that's clear. Anyway who knows, probs goes to $2 tomorrow. When you want it to go one way usually does the opposite. I look forward to the next year or so.
