Nasdaq uplisting timing
Any of the knowledgeable folks here care to entertain a best guess as to when Nasdaq listing should likely be?

You don't want listing to Nasdaq just yet.If they do the'll have to split the shares at least 4:1

When you list on the Nasdaq you want the share price to be greater then $10.00 US so the institutional investors are on board example Hedge funds, Mutual funds,Pension funds. There the ones that move share price. You also want future earnings growth and a few big contracts signed and delivered.Until then leave Nasdaq alone.

My point was that an uplifting is really quite expensive and does very little to actually increase the company's "visibility" to US investors. A marginally important opinion I admit, but a Nasdaq property listing definitely doesn't come within associated hassles.
