The original claims had a few rejected by the USPTO examiner. The "inventor" has rewritten the application and discarded the claims in question and has replaced them with a new series and it is now back with the USPTO examiner for further review. These things usually take a 90 day window for response. USPTO system seems to be malfunctioning at the moment but I picked this description up

There is also another application on it's way through which was given a publication date by the USPTO and is awaiting response from an examiner. Notice of Publication was January 12, 2023 so it is well over the 90 day window -- may hear further in the next few weeks.
