Holy H! This explains
This has definitely played a hand in recent trading:
Probably going back couple of weeks;
The Company has elected to issue 422,533 common shares in the capital of the Company ("Common Shares") at a deemed price of C$2.13 to the debenture holders as payment for the interest.

And with all the cash on hand why did they issue shares at this price

My guess is that they have to pay fees when doing a capital raise. Therefore, it was cheaper to repay the interest in shares instead of cash. Once they go through their cash more will be raised, no point in accelerating that outcome.
