Here's something for everyone to chew on and was Not mentioned in the webinar of it coming up on June 30th. Looks like this was management's version of shareholder transparency but not shareholder engagement Hmmm.  AGM – Apparently they don't want anybody to attend.  The most important shareholder meeting of the year and they have it by design in some lawyer’s meeting room

Ace, I have a small window of opportunity to attend the AGM. Full disclosure, I have never attended an AGM held by other companies I have invested in for various reasons. Having said that, I have a few questions that you might be able to answer. The information circular refers to "beneficial shareholders" and I assume, the vast majority of retail shareholders fall into this category

Attending the AGM is as easy as Sunday morning. You have every right to show up at the last minute. Don't be late as some of these meetings can be as quick as 2 minutes and then out the door. I doubt this will happen given the length of time Exro has been around. There will be the typical regulator's boring stuff to contend with and likely reading of the minutes and if shareholders are

Agreed and with that said don't expect anything other than boiler plate comments, any "news" has to be properly disseminated through the proper channels for all to see/hear.

I would double my efforts to attend if I had the opportunity to ask one question face to face with Management and the Board and that would be: "You have referred to a rapid ramp up to SIGNIFICANT revenues in fiscal 2023 on a number of occasions. Could you please define SIGNIFICANT and whether we can expected to see those SIGNIFICANT revenues reported in the

Great Question to ask from a beaner !!  Management should be able answer a forward looking revenue forecast 6 months out now.

If they can't answer that question, we're in trouble Ace.  If I'm lucky enough to get to the AGM and ask it, they may not come up with an answer. Not because they don't know the answer, it's a basic question that every business has a bead on.  But at least I'll be able to look them in the eyes when I ask it.

I don't think you'll get the answer you are looking for at the AGM.  It seems to me that sort of information is best disseminated publicly....perhaps in the form of a corporate update.....that contains the usual disclaimer language.
