His videos seem to appear after some news that gives him something to discuss I suspect we'll have to wait on news. CIBC decided today was a good day to buy for some reason....they were about 25% of the volume...

I'm sure you're aware it wasn't CIBC actually buying, it could very easily have been an individual broker or two AT CIBC buying for his/her clients.  It could very easily have been one broker.
