Absolutely it is. Only a couple of pennies off the low. There's been no evidence of buying here at all yet, and no resumption of volume.  This is pretty unique, in my experience, and hard to explain.  The lunchtime lull is just ending.  We should see a pickup in volume soon, if it's going to come at all. Lots of time left, but volume completely died. 300,000 shares by

Did we actually see half the day's trading in the first half hour today?

Maybe the buyers of the financing seeing an opportunity to exit after seeing the light of day for the first time?

That would seem to me to be a contributing factor.  Millions of newly-minted shares above water for the first time had to have played a role in what turned out to be a very unusual day.
