Another Great Point if the CD side Will Drag Down the ESS

.... exronly made the great point of the ESS side may be as high as a 100x multiple while.the CD would may reach a 20x if lucky....

...take the scenario out 8/18 months and ESS is bringing in $500 million and the CD maybe $50 million.... Then what...who sorts out what to assigne a multiple on the 1 company.....only one way to really max out the shareholders value at that point...mo

Because Exro has really focused on the Coil Driver side and highlighted their OEM relationships in your scenario the Market will assign an industrial  P/E ratio inspite of the $500m from the ESS side.  Exro calls themselves as a tech company but behave like an industrial company hence the market will only buy in when they see revenue and assign a low P/E ratio.  Tech companies trade

... And That the s the Rub....no fault of theirs, the ESS side was born from the CD technology and that's the part Exro doesn't understand that the New Born is Much more valuable now than the CD..... ... Being aware and execution of it with the right replacement at this point in the maturity is a make or break for exro...that is why the hand off to re build... No support or clue from her peers.. Sue is being mistreated from.a.lazy as board..  Mo...... ....Huge mistake not putting a ESS hitter on the BOD...Sue is crawling back to her comfort zone with Wolong..mo..not good in my view...

Agree about not placing industry member on the board other than Copes.   They were all industrial low P/E industrial picks, Sue comfort zone indeed.   Now a industry expert CFO would raise some eyebrows.  As would an Exclellent PR team.  There is still hope, although the window is slowly closing.  A 10x multiple with the coming revenue makes this stock still worth holding

Everybody needs to take a valium. Both business are moving forward as planned.  A month or two delay in getting to market is not going to make any difference whatsoever. Re:Build and other suppliers are working to ramp up capabilities. We have no idea what lead times are for any of their needs. The Sales we read about have been in the works for many many months. Until recently no one knew the Exro only had a part time CFO .. really ?...bad optics  And on top of that , they couldn't show Shareholders that a legitimate shareholders meeting couldn't be hosted by the company...  another bad optics call !!  Who ever is giving the advice to the CEO should be fired !!
